I'm terribly bad at keeping up with blog or journal posts. So much in between BS and other crap and then I forget to do a basic "what I did today" post. But on to the main bulk of why I'm posting. I threw together a plain page to post my YS Works in and decided to rename my design name to fully integrate Project FUNK ADWs works with mine. So instead of having two sets of separate works I decided to join the two in what I call TerraStorm ADW (in this case instead of Air Dominance Warfare it was renamed Aerospace Development Works) in honor of the original designer for Project Funk. As of 20160807, their original page is down and/or deleted and cannot be accessed. I will still post arts and photos but my YS stuff will eventually move over to my webpage.

Here's the link to the page. It's still not done and under construction still.

Hardships aside, I have been phasing in and out of making YS models. Also doesn't help that I have models on this laptop and on my roving one. So basically I am going back and forth with my models and really have no timetable or even a thought to as when I am going to finish even one. I have that problem of starting one and then starting another. Then getting close to finishing one and then starting another and forgetting what I was working on previously. Even with vacation I pretty much got nothing done. I went places and did a few things here and there. But I spent it much like I did earlier in the year: did much of nothing. Not having funds doesn't help.

Excuse the random journal post, but I had nothing else I could think of. I will pick up slack this week as far as art and models are concerned seeing as I have vacation time to just laze around and do my hobbies justice.

They say that at some point in life, you run into your former, younger self.
And when you do, you learn so much and share your wisdom in that short burst of time frame.
And when you realize, that it was you all along who is an adult and the person you see of yourself is a reflection of the child that you are at heart.
We may grow up and change, but deep inside, we are the same person who never changed.

Besides the setbacks and disappointments I've had, I'd say that the year overall has been a good one. I plan on continuing making models for YSF or whatever else comes to mind. I need to knock myself into drawing again because I really don't want to lose that ability and talent, nor disappoint my dad as he himself has been losing his touch over the years. Which I feel bad because I really wanted to draw stuff for him or give him something to remember me when I left California but got nothing down. I want to rectify that by actually doing something by drawing and producing more models and drawings before the year ends and send him some of my works. I know he doesn't work well with computers due to his "dinosauric" thought that he's to old to learn about technology but I really want him to play YSF so I can give him the models that I originally intended to give to him in honor and that I haven't forgotten about him. Hopefully this coming year I will be able to go back to California to visit again and take my stuff to show to him like I originally planned.
